Terms and Conditions for the Namaste Hisar Community Growth Program
Effective Date: November 9, 2025
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the participating individual or entity (“Partner,” “You”), and the Namaste Hisar community initiative (“Namaste Hisar,” “We,” “Us”). This Agreement governs your participation in the Namaste Hisar Community Growth Program (“Program”).
By enrolling or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies outlined herein.
Article 1: Definitions
“Program”: Refers to the Namaste Hisar Community Growth Program, the objective of which is to expand the Namaste Hisar WhatsApp community through the efforts of its Partners.
“Partner”: An individual or business entity that has agreed to these terms and participates in the Program to recruit new members.
“Verified Member”: A new community member added by the Partner who is confirmed by Namaste Hisar to be a genuine, unique individual with an active and valid Indian mobile number, and who remains in the community for the duration of the verification period.
“Compensation”: The fee payable to the Partner upon successful fulfillment of the Program’s obligations, as detailed in Article 5.
“Cooling-Off Period”: A 25-day period commencing upon the Partner’s notification of target completion, during which Namaste Hisar will conduct verification of the new members.
Article 2: Partner Obligations and Performance
2.1. Recruitment Target: The Partner’s primary obligation is to recruit and add 5,000 Verified Members to the designated Namaste Hisar WhatsApp community.
2.2. Member Authenticity: The Partner warrants that all mobile numbers added to the community belong to real, living individuals who have shown interest in joining. The addition of members must be organic and consent-based.
2.3. Data Accuracy: The Partner is solely responsible for ensuring that all mobile numbers provided are active, valid, and correctly entered.
Article 3: Prohibited Activities
Participation in the Program is strictly conditional on adherence to ethical practices. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Program without compensation:​
The use of bots, scripts, automated services, or any non-human means to add members.
The addition of temporary, disposable, or inactive mobile numbers.
The use of any misleading, deceptive, or coercive tactics to persuade individuals to join.
The unauthorized use of the Namaste Hisar name, logo, or brand for any purpose outside the scope of this Program.​
Engaging in spamming or any activity that could harm the reputation of Namaste Hisar.
Adding individuals who are not residents of or have no direct connection or interest in the city of Hisar and its surrounding areas.
Article 4: Verification and Audit
4.1. Verification Process: Upon the Partner’s claim of having met the 5,000-member target, Namaste Hisar will initiate a 25-day Cooling-Off Period to audit the new members.
4.2. Right to Audit: Namaste Hisar reserves the unconditional right to audit, test, and verify the authenticity and status of every member added by the Partner. This may include, but is not limited to, spot-checking number activity and monitoring member engagement.
4.3. Disqualification: Any member found to be fraudulent, inactive, a duplicate, or in violation of the terms in Article 3 will be disqualified and will not count towards the 5,000-member target. If the number of disqualified members causes the total to fall below 5,000, the Partner’s obligations will be deemed unfulfilled.
Article 5: Compensation and Payment
5.1. Payment Structure: Compensation is fixed at Rs. 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Indian Rupees) and is strictly conditional upon the successful and verified addition of 5,000 Verified Members.
5.2. No Partial Payment: This Agreement does not provide for pro-rata or partial payments. The full compensation is payable only upon the complete fulfillment of the 5,000 Verified Member target. No payment will be made for any amount less than the full target.
5.3. Payment Timeline: Following the successful conclusion of the 25-day Cooling-Off Period, the payment will be processed. The processing and disbursement of funds may take up to seven (7) working days.
5.4. Working Day Definition: A “working day” is defined as any day from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays recognized in the state of Haryana, India.
Article 6: Term and Termination
6.1. Term: This Agreement commences upon the Partner’s acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
6.2. Termination for Cause: Namaste Hisar may terminate this Agreement immediately and without any financial liability to the Partner if the Partner breaches any term of this Agreement, especially the “Prohibited Activities” listed in Article 3.
Article 7: Indemnification and Liability
7.1. Indemnification: The Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namaste Hisar, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Partner’s breach of this Agreement or any negligent or wrongful conduct.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Namaste Hisar be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by the Partner. The total liability of Namaste Hisar under this Agreement shall not exceed the total compensation amount of Rs. 1,500.​
Article 8: General Provisions
8.1. Independent Contractor: The Partner’s relationship with Namaste Hisar is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
8.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hisar, Haryana.
8.3. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
